A santoku is an Asian-inspired knife that is versatile and can handle basic kitchen cutting tasks. The Shun Sora Hollow Ground Santoku is slightly shorter than a standard chef’s knife, light, agile, and easy to maneuver. It has a slight belly curve for rocking cuts and hollow-ground indentations on the blade to reduce friction and make cutting easier.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
